Anything can happen! Roma star opens door to Arsenal or Liverpool move

first_imgArsenal and Liverpool target Miralem Pjanic has not ruled out a move to the Premier League. The Roma midfielder, who fired a stunning goal against Manchester City in a pre-season match in Melbourne on Tuesday, has been heavily linked with a switch away from the Serie A side. The Bosnian star, 25, joined Roma from Lyon in 2011 and has gone on to become a key player for Rudi Garcia’s men. However, Pjanic has revealed he is open to options this summer despite having a contract with the Stadio Olimpico side until 2018.“I’m happy where I am but anything can happen. When you’re a footballer you never know where you’ll play next season,” said Pjanic.“Anything can happen, it’s never simple for a player, but I try to live calmly and not listen to rumours that the journalists talk about.“I look only to the pitch, to my work, and then what happens, happens.“I’m happy though, the club is always working to do better and improve. I repeat I’m happy where I am and I’m focused on becoming one of the best in the world.” Miralem Pjanic 1last_img read more
